Had A Blast!

Our CEO wanted to have a company group outing that would be enjoyable yet also foster team building.  We create small cross-department groups so that employees would explore together, work together & get to know each other better. Upon arriving the friendly & professional staff gave us clear & detailed instructions and got us strapped up. The Boundless Adventures staff was on hand to provide moral support and guidance when needed, but what was exciting for me to see was that our individual groups all worked together and gave each other encouragement as they completed course after course.   We had a Blast and so much Fun!  And we are a stronger company unit because of it.

Before You Book - Reserving

Before You Book: Reserving

There is a 10-person minimum for a discounted group rate. The reservation needs to be made 14 days in advance of the reservation. Lastly, there needs to be one person responsible for the reservation and payment.

If your group is less than 10 participants, please visit our general admission page.

How do I reserve a group?

For small groups (10-20), you can call our office at 914-893-4550 or book directly on our website. If you choose to book directly, but have more than the 12 available for each time slot, book for 12 and email us at ny_info@boundlessadventures.net as your RSVPs come in, so that we can add additional guests to your reservation. Keep in mind we are operating at restricted capacity, so the additions will be dependent on availability.

For groups of more than 20 guests, please complete the inquiry form above. Someone from our sales team will reach out to you shortly!

We require a 50% deposit to hold your date.

What times are available for group reservations?

Weekdays (Monday-Friday) – During general admission hours, we have set time slots open for group reservations. You can check the availability above.

During the spring and fall, when we are closed to the public on weekdays, we can open the park for groups of 20 or more participants.

Weekends (Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays) – Due to strong demand on the weekends, we have limited capacity for group reservations. The time slots are available on a first-come first-serve basis. They are often sold out more than a month in advance, so please plan ahead!

What is the group cancellation policy for groups of 25 or more participants?

Cancellations made 30-60 days in advance of reservation

For groups consisting of 25 or more participants, you will receive a refund of all amounts paid, less a cancellation fee of $500.

What if I have last minute add-ons?

We know it is challenging to provide an exact count! We wish we could let you tell us at the last minute. However, we have a limited capacity in the park, and the best way to accommodate the capacity constraints is to require payment in full for a firm headcount seven days in advance. Last minute additions are welcome at the same day group rate (subject to harness availability). Keep in mind, last minute additions also lead to additional time spent checking waivers which can cut into your climb time.

Planning Your Event

What will a day in the tress look like?

When you arrive at Boundless Adventures in Purchase, you will head right down to the park. Your group will get harnesses and receive a safety briefing (30-60 minutes depending on the size of the group) on how to zipline and climb on our high ropes course. They will then have 3 hours of incredible fun! Participants will be given the opportunity to traverse different trails of varying difficulty with their coworkers. During this time, they will work together to overcome challenges, inspire each other to face fears, and leave with a better understanding of themselves and their colleagues.

Where can I find the waiver?

When you reserve, you will receive a unique electronic waiver link in your email confirmation.

For Group Leaders: In your email confirmation, you will see a URL that says “Forward this link to all of your guests”. This link is tied to your specific event. That will link your guests’ waivers to your party. Even if your party guest has been here before, we ask that they still click on the link and provide their email address to link their waiver to your party.

You will also receive a link entitled “Group Waiver Management”. This will provide you with a real-time picture as to who has completed the waivers. We ask that you put checkmarks next to the participants, and mark those that are not attending, as “not participating”.

Group Guests: Please contact your group leader, and ask them to share the waiver link with you.

What benefits should I expect my group to derive from this experience?

The exact benefits will depend on your group. We will provide an environment that will foster collaboration, social interaction, team building, and camaraderie. Climbing together can foster greater engagement once everyone returns to the office.

According to Gallup’s 2018 report, 53% of American workers are not engaged (and 13% are actively disengaged). This leads to higher turnover and lower productivity.

Further, Forbes reports that 51% of millennials indicate that team or culture building activities “very frequently” helps to retain talent.

So the question should really be: Why not get your team to Be Boundless?

What do we do about food?

We have picnic tables throughout the park. We are happy to suggest local caterers to assist in your event planning.

What if it rains?

Our aerial adventure park is open rain or shine. If you decide that you want to change the date, we will do our best to accommodate you. If the park is unable to open or is forced to close prior to your visit, you are given the option to reschedule your outing or to receive a full refund.

Please refer to our Weather Policy for more information.

Are there any general rules that I should make my group aware of?

Please read our rules and general FAQ.
