A high ropes course is a series of obstacles that are hung between trees. Each course has a series of 10-14 obstacles that provide a unique physical and mental exercise.
There is no correct way to traverse the bridges. Some physical strength is required, but typically it is a mental exercise in conquering your fears.
All obstacles require traversing from one tree platform to another. They’re a combination of zip lines and creative obstacles that challenges you mentally and physically.
Many of the bridges are wobbly. In these cases, your ability to balance becomes helpful. However, speed can sometimes mitigate the need for balance.
More advance courses often require some climbing (on a wooden ladder, cargo net, or other). Climbing elements allows you to utilize both upper and lower body strength.
