What To Expect
RESERVATIONS
Reservations are required. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
WAIVER
All participants must complete a waiver prior to arrival. Guests under 18 require a parent or guardian signature. Your waiver link will be included in your confirmation email for easy access.
ARRIVE EARLY
Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled start time. This allows time for check-in, harness fitting, and a thorough safety orientation. Late arrivals may shorten course time.
WHAT TO WEAR
Closed-toed shoes are required for all ziplining guests. Gloves are required. Bring your own or purchase a pair from us. We operate rain or shine, so dress for the weather and consider layers during cooler months.

Conveniently located in Central Massachusetts, our zipline park is just a short drive from Boston, Worcester, Marlborough, Hudson, and surrounding MetroWest communities.
For the most accurate directions, please use GPS and search Boundless Adventures Berlin, MA.
Important for arrival:
After turning onto Solomon Pond Road, go straight through the first rotary. At the second rotary, take the first exit onto River Road West. Shortly after, look for the Boundless Adventures sign on the left at a residential entrance. Turn left there and follow the gravel path straight up to the park.
- PARTICIPANT REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum age for our zipline courses is 7 years old. The maximum weight limit is 265 pounds. There are no height requirements.

- Reservations are required.
- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time.

- Weather-related interruptions may qualify for store credit.
- CANCELLATION POLICY
- For general admission reservation, cancelations are permitted up to 2 hours before your scheduled zipline session.
- Cancellations receive store credit valid for a future visit (credit does not expire).
- No-shows are not eligible for credit.
- Refunds are not issued.

- Cameras or phones while zip lining

Lockers are available upon arrival. Gloves are required and can be brought or purchased.
