What’s the minimum and maximum group size?

We recommend a minimum of 10 guests for the best experience. Our maximum capacity is 200 people. Contact your specific park to arrange large group celebrations.

What if there’s severe weather on our party day?

We close only for lightning, high winds, or severe weather. If needed, we’ll work with you to reschedule.

Can adults participate even if they’re not required as supervisors?

Absolutely! In fact, many birthday parties include participating parents and family members. Additional tickets can be purchased at the party rate.

What should participants wear?

Comfortable athletic clothing, closed-toe shoes (sneakers required), and dress for weather are recommended. In addition, long hair should be tied back. Fortunately, all safety equipment is provided by us.

Do you provide birthday cake or do we need to arrange it?
