Great fun! If you’re looking for something to challenge every person in a group, this is the place. Using a combination of tactile thinking, trust, best technique, combining upper and lower body strength to move forward so you can accomplish a particular element or course. I have never done anything like this before. I took my grandkids ages 9 and 16. I was apprehensive, and had no idea what to expect or if I’d be able to do it. I was very nervous for the first few challenges, but I did it! I was so proud of the kids, and myself as well! It gave me a boost of confidence , and I can’t stop smiling every time I think about it!
