Summer Camp

We are very excited that you are considering Boundless Adventures' True North Camp for your summer camp. Our camp takes place each summer in the cool, majestic mountains of North Carolina away from the hustle and bustle of your camper's regular life. The main means of transportation is your camper's legs and nature is found everywhere.

Choice is the heart of what we do at True North Camp because we believe that young people need to realize their choices to help determine who they are. Our seasoned staff encourage and facilitate campers as they develop the skills of making good decisions that help develop self-confidence.

Our campers leave the distractions of cell phones, video games and computers behind and live side by side with nature.

We offer a variety of cooperative and individual experiences for each camper in a safe, relaxed environment.

We believe in experiential education (learning by doing) and we've found the results are trust, communication, leadership and strong friendships.

Staff is committed to the quality of each camper's experience. Our staff is made up of educators, parents and college students who share their knowledge, experiences and enthusiasm with each camper.

We offer a variety of activities such as rafting, arts and crafts, land sports, drama, martial arts, primitive skills, backpacking, hiking, canoeing and campcraft. One of our summer traditions is our annual color challenge where campers compete as teams in traditional camp events.
